Estimators must have the ability to write complete and accurate estimates on vehicles. You'll work with the customer's vehicle through out the whole process of estimating, coordinating repairs/scheduling, and dealing with insurance companies when involved. Other responsibilities include: opening office, greeting customers, ordering job parts, taking photos, assist with customer's needs regarding repairs or insurance claims, answering phones when needed, and being a team player.
Job Requirements:
- Prior estimating experience
- Knowledge of CCC ONE & DRP Guidelines
- Excellent sales abilities and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced work environment
- Detail oriented
Build and maintain good working relations with Insurance Adjusters and with customers.

This position is for a full time day shift job with weekends off. Hours of employment would be from 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break.
