Hard to believe, but it has been nearly 80 years since eight employees of the John Deere Harvester Works joined together for the common cause of helping one another. From the beginning, Vibrant Credit Union has been supported by a group of people who believed financial services could be provided for members, by members.

With only $40 in assets 7 decades ago, we were originally chartered to... serve the employees of the John Deere Harvester Works Plant and their families.

Today, anyone living or working within a 50 mile radius of any Vibrant branch is eligible to join. It just takes an initial share deposit of $5 to open a savings account and become a member.
