• Frankly Speaking About Cancer: Advanced Care Planning on September 28th

    Gilda’s Club is hosting a workshop offered at NO COST on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 10:30-11:30am at the Clinton Public Library Lyons Branch located at 105 Main Ave, Clinton.
     
    This free workshop offers information and support on advance care planning (ACP). We will discuss the process of ACP and creating an advance directive, and the differences between the two. Participants will learn why ACP is important and tips on what to consider when creating a care plan. This program is offered at no cost.
