    In today’s business world, challenges can arise at any time. To be an effective leader, you need to be able to respond to those challenges with intelligence, strategy, and expertise. That’s why Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' Continuing Education department offers leadership courses to take your management skills to the next level.
    You’ll learn strategies that you can immediately put to use in your organization to enhance value creation, create efficiencies, and engage your employees to deliver better results. This fall, you can enroll in the following courses:
    Frontline Leadership: Part 1
    Learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and provide effective feedback with the first five modules of the ten-module program. This course is perfect for current, new, or aspiring supervisors and managers; high-potentials, leads, and charge staff.

    Leadership: Emotional Intelligence
    Research shows your emotional quotient (EQ) is a more accurate predictor of leadership and management success than your IQ. This workshop will increase your EQ so you can work well with others, put your problem-solving skills to use in challenging situations, and build better working relations.
