About Us

Temp Associates opened in 1986, as Muscatine Iowa's first staffing service. We are the largest staffing service in the area. Since 1995, Temp Associates has opened offices in Burlington, Clinton, Marshalltown, Mt. Pleasant, Fairfield and Grinnell. Our staff combines over 100 years of experience in Human Resources to provide you with the professionalism you deserve.

Temp Associates has been a member of National Independent Staffing Agencies (NISA) since 1988. NISA is an association of independently owned staffing services throughout the country and enables Temp Associates to join forces with services across the country. In 1997, Bob Jensen, President of Temp Associates, was awarded the ''Industry Leader'' of the year in recognition of his leadership and knowledge in the field. For the past several years National Independent Staffing Agencies (consisting of 150 members) has recognized Temp Associates as having the best benefits program. We go the extra mile to maintain the best available temporary work force.
